How It Started
Venetian Pointe Dentistry has been caring for Orlando families since 1987. Dr. Richard C. Rampi opened the practice on Turkey Lake Road the year after he graduated with honors from the University of Florida — and nearly four decades later, he's still here, still treating patients, still the first one in most mornings.
What started as a one-doctor office has grown into a three-doctor team. His son, Dr. Rick A. Rampi, now practices alongside him, bringing advanced implant and reconstructive expertise. Dr. Justin Palmer — a former U.S. Air Force Captain who ranked #1 in his dental school class — joined the team and quickly became one of the most requested cosmetic dentists in the Dr. Phillips area.
The practice has changed. The approach hasn't. Honest care. No pressure. A team that actually knows your name.

We're a full-service dental practice, which means we handle everything — from routine cleanings and exams to porcelain veneers, dental implants, full mouth reconstructions, and same-day emergencies. All under one roof in Dr. Phillips, Orlando.
Most of our patients start with us for the everyday stuff. Cleanings, check-ups, a filling here and there. Over time, some of them decide they're ready to do something about their smile. When that happens, they don't have to go find a cosmetic specialist — they already have one. Three, actually.
That's the advantage of a practice like ours. We're not a cosmetic boutique that doesn't do cleanings, and we're not a volume general office that refers out anything complex. We do it all, and we do it well.

We've Been Here Since Before Most Dental Chains Existed
1987. That's not a marketing number — it's the reason patients trust us. We've treated grandparents, their kids, and now their grandkids. Some of our patients have been with us for over 30 years. One travels an hour each way because she won't go anywhere else. That kind of loyalty doesn't happen at a practice that cuts corners or pushes unnecessary work.
Our Doctors Are Genuinely Excellent
Dr. Rick Rampi founded the practice and has spent nearly four decades mastering general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Palmer graduated #1 in his dental school class of 117, served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force, and is known for cosmetic work — particularly veneers — that patients describe as “attention to every detail.” Dr. Rick A. Rampi trained in advanced implantology, 3D digital surgical planning, and full arch reconstruction. Three very different paths to dentistry. One very tight practice.
Our Staff Doesn't Leave. Neither Do Our Patients.
Kimberly has been our hygienist since 1992. Victoria has been assisting since 1991. Our office manager Atalie has over 15 years of dental practice management experience.
