Do you accept my dental insurance?

What if I don't have dental insurance?

We offer an in-house Wellness Membership Plan specifically designed for patients without insurance. The plan covers your essential preventive services (cleanings, exams, X-rays) for a flat annual fee, plus provides a 10–15% discount on all additional treatment. Many patients find it significantly more affordable than purchasing a standalone dental insurance plan.

How does CareCredit financing work?

CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that allows you to pay for treatment over time rather than all at once. Qualified applicants can access 0% interest promotional periods of 6, 12, or 18 months. Longer-term extended plans are also available. Applying takes just a few minutes and approval decisions are typically instant.

Do you require payment at the time of service?

Your estimated patient portion (after insurance) is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, personal checks, all major credit and debit cards, and CareCredit. For large planned treatment, we're happy to discuss a payment schedule in advance.

Will you tell me what my treatment will cost before starting?

Always. We provide a detailed treatment plan with estimated costs before any work begins. For insured patients, we verify benefits in advance so your out-of-pocket estimate is as accurate as possible. We never proceed with treatment without your informed consent and a clear understanding of the investment involved.

What's the best way to maximize my dental insurance benefits?

Schedule your preventive visits at the right intervals — most plans cover two cleanings and exams per year at 100%, plus X-rays. Use your full annual maximum before December 31 (benefits don't roll over). Our team will help you plan treatment timing to maximize what your plan covers.
