Full Arch Implants in Orlando, FL

Permanent Teeth. No More Dentures.
No More Slipping.

Missing all or most of your upper or lower teeth? Replace them with a permanently fixed restoration supported by implants — performed by Dr. Rick Rampi using advanced 3D planning. Eat, speak, and smile with confidence again.

A permanent solution

A permanent solution to complete tooth loss

Full arch implants — also called “All-on-4” or “All-on-6” — replace all or most of your upper or lower teeth with a permanently fixed restoration supported by a small number of implant posts. Instead of wearing a removable denture, your new teeth are fixed to the implants and don't move.

  • No slipping or shifting — your teeth stay exactly where they should be
  • Normal eating — bite, chew, and enjoy all foods again
  • Preserved jawbone — implants halt bone loss that dentures accelerate
  • No daily removal or adhesives — care for them like natural teeth
  • Lasting 15–20+ years — far superior longevity compared to dentures

The procedure

From consultation to your new smile — step by step

01

Comprehensive Consultation

You meet Dr. Rick Rampi to discuss your tooth loss, goals, and options. CBCT imaging shows bone volume, density, and anatomy. You'll leave with a clear plan, timeline, and cost estimate.

02

Extraction & Bone Grafting (If Needed)

Any remaining teeth are extracted. If bone grafting is needed, Dr. Rick performs it — often in the same appointment. A temporary denture is provided if you need teeth during healing.

03

Implant Placement

Using CBCT data and often a 3D-printed surgical guide, Dr. Rick places 4–6 implant posts under IV sedation or local anesthesia. Most patients report it's faster and less uncomfortable than expected.

04

Osseointegration (4–6 Months)

The implants fuse with the bone. You wear a temporary restoration during this phase. Critical for long-term success — patience here ensures decades of stable results.

05

Final Restoration

Custom impressions are taken and your permanent fixed prosthesis is designed to match your face and aesthetic goals. Final attachment takes 1–2 appointments over 2–4 weeks.

06

Ongoing Care

Care for your implants like natural teeth — brushing, flossing, regular cleanings. With proper care, they'll last 15–20+ years.

Who can get full arch implants?

Most patients who believe they're “not a candidate” actually are

With proper planning and grafting, most patients are excellent candidates — including long-term denture wearers.

Advanced planning

Precision planning for predictable results

We use Cone-Beam CT (CBCT) imaging to create a detailed 3D map of your entire jaw — bone density, volume, height, anatomy, and nerve locations. Using CBCT data, Dr. Rick plans the exact position, angle, and depth of each implant.

In many cases, we create a 3D-printed surgical guide that ensures precision placement. This approach is common in specialty oral surgery centers — not standard at general dental practices. The result: fewer complications, better outcomes, and restorations that last decades.

Common questions

Full arch implant
questions answered

What's the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-6?

All-on-4 uses four angled implants and works well for most patients with adequate front jaw bone. All-on-6 uses six implants for additional support and is recommended for patients with significant bone loss or those wanting maximum stability. Dr. Rick will recommend the best option based on your bone quality.

How long do full arch implants last?

With proper care, the implant posts can last a lifetime. The prosthesis (teeth) may need refinishing or replacement after 10–15 years — normal maintenance, not failure. This far exceeds dentures, which need replacement every 5–7 years.

How much do full arch implants cost in Orlando?

All-on-4 typically costs $15,000–$25,000 per arch. All-on-6 costs $20,000–$35,000 depending on complexity. We provide a detailed estimate at consultation. CareCredit and payment plans are available.

Are full arch implants better than dentures?

Yes, in almost every way. Implants are fixed, preserve bone, allow normal eating and speaking, require no adhesives or daily removal, and last 15–20+ years. Dentures shift, accelerate bone loss, require constant adjustment, and need frequent replacement. Quality of life with implants is dramatically better.

Can I get full arch implants after years of wearing dentures?

Yes, but you may need bone grafting due to bone loss from denture wear. CBCT imaging shows how much bone remains. Dr. Rick can restore lost bone with grafting. Many long-term denture wearers are excellent candidates.

Do full arch implants feel like natural teeth?

Yes. They're fixed in place and don't move. You eat, speak, and smile normally. Most patients report they forget it's a restoration and live completely naturally.

Can I have both upper and lower full arch implants?

Yes. Many patients opt for both arches. We typically space the procedures 4–6 weeks apart to allow healing between surgeries.
