Porcelain Veneers
The most transformative cosmetic procedure we offer. Veneers are thin, custom-crafted shells bonded to the front of your teeth — designed to change the shape, color, size, or length. When done well, they're indistinguishable from natural teeth. When done by Dr. Palmer, they're done very well.
Smile Makeover
Not a single procedure — a customized plan. A smile makeover combines two or more treatments (veneers, whitening, bonding, gum contouring) to address everything at once. We map out the full plan before we start, so you know exactly what to expect and what the result will look like.
Teeth Whitening
Professional whitening that actually works. In-office treatment delivers results in a single appointment that over-the-counter products can't match. We also offer take-home kits for patients who prefer to whiten on their own schedule.
Dental Bonding
A quick, cost-effective option for chipped, cracked, or slightly misshapen teeth. Tooth-colored composite resin is applied and shaped directly on the tooth — no lab time, usually done in one visit.
Invisalign
Clear aligners to straighten teeth without metal brackets or wires. Invisalign is removable, nearly invisible, and significantly more comfortable than traditional braces. Good candidates are patients with mild to moderate alignment issues.
Gum Contouring
Sometimes it's not the teeth — it's the gumline. Gum contouring reshapes the gum tissue to create a more balanced, symmetrical smile. Often done in combination with veneers or a full smile makeover.

The Plan
Depending on what we recommend, we'll map out the full treatment plan — timeline, what's involved, and what the result will look like. For complex cases like smile makeovers, we may use digital imaging to show you a preview.
The Work
Treatment is carried out in stages, depending on the procedures involved. Dr. Palmer takes his time. Cosmetic work isn't rushed here.
