"I can't say enough about this practice--ESPECIALLY if you have young children! I knew from the phone call to schedule my 7 y/o's appt that this was going to likely be a very positive experience. I spoke with Atalie (Office Manager) to schedule my appointment, and as a mom of a very young child, I had a couple important questions: 1) Do you allow parents to be in the room with their child? 2) What will you do to help put my child at ease (because she's extremely anxious about this visit)? Atalie assured me that parents are indeed welcome back if that's what the parent feels is best. But what really impressed me was the fact that she said that first visit could either be a visit to get my daughter established as a pt, where she would just take a tour, meet the dentist and hygienist, be introduced to their "cool dentist tools," and then be on her way... OR, we could have all of the above and have it end with an x-ray & cleaning--the choice was MINE. I told her I felt the latter would be fine, as long as my daughter feels comfortable, she'd likely not have a problem. When we got there, everyone--even those we weren't directly with but maybe bumped into in the hallway--was incredibly friendly, but I don't think I can say enough about Kimberly the hygienist who did my daughter's cleaning. If you have a pediatric patient who needs a cleaning, ASK FOR KIMBERLY! She literally had my daughter giggling the ENTIRE TIME! Forget being SCARED! Haha! Dr. Palmer was great, too--very patient, gentle, didn't try to rush, and definitely didn't try to BS us into unnecessary things, esp on baby teeth. Add to that the fact that the office is very pristine CLEAN, has a homey aesthetic, and even smelled clean...and I'll say, 10/10 would highly recommend!"

We are out-of-network, but will file your insurance claim as a courtesy. Fortunately, most dental insurance will cover at least a portion of general or restorative dental work. Our friendly staff can review your plan to ensure you are maximizing your benefits.
