Dr. Palmer

Dr. Justin E. Palmer was born and raised in Orlando.  He graduated from Winter Park High School in 2002 where he played lacrosse and was named an Academic All-American.  Dr. Palmer was then accepted to the University of Florida’s Honors Program.  In 2007, he graduated with cum laude honors with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.

Following graduation from the University of Florida, Dr. Palmer began a brief career as a chemical engineer in Lakeland.  After shadowing many area dentists, including Dr. Rampi, Dr. Palmer decided to change fields to pursue a newly found interest in dentistry.  He was admitted to the University of Louisville – School of Dentistry in 2010 and entered the Air Force through the highly competitive Health Professions Scholarship Program in 2011.

While in dental school, Dr. Palmer received numerous honors and awards including the Alpha Omega Award which is awarded to the #1 ranking student in a class of 117 students.  He was awarded his Doctorate of Dental Medicine with summa cum laude honors and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society in 2014.

As a Captain in the United States Air Force, Dr. Palmer served as a general dentist in the 1st Special Operations Dental Squadron (1 SODS) at Hurlburt Field, Florida.  He was named the 1 SODS Company Grade Officer of the Year for 2015.  He is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.  With a passion for volunteer work, Dr. Palmer is an active participant in Remote Area Medical clinics providing free dental care to underserved areas.

Dr. Palmer is married to Erin Palmer, an occupational therapist and University of Florida graduate.  They have three young sons, Aiden, Reese, and Jackson.  In his free time, Dr. Palmer enjoys spending time with his family, Florida Gator sports, cooking, gardening, fantasy football, and golf.



Office Assistants

Patricia is in charge of the accounts payable. Being the wife of Dr. Rampi since 1985, Trish has been with Venetian Pointe Family Dentistry since its conception in 1987. She especially enjoys "the crew" she works with and the patients she has come to know.

She graduated from Auburn University with a BA degree in psychology and BA degree in Spanish in 1981. Afterwards, she graduated from the University of Florida with a masters degree and a specialists degree in Counseling.

Trish and Dr. Rampi have two great children: Ricky (1988) and Rachael (1990). Her interests include spending time with her family, art, boating, hiking, winter sports, and being at the beach. Trish is an amazing creative baker!

Janice is the front desk manager.  She has been with Venetian Pointe Dentistry since 1999.  Janice has been in the profession of dentistry for 25+ years both as a dental assistant and general office.  Originally from Ohio, Janice relocated to Orlando in 1998.

Janice has been happily married since 1977.  She has a daughter presently working with Fairfield/Wyndham resorts, a son working at Florida Hospital and pursuing a master’s degree, and two grandsons, Dylan and Jack.  She enjoys cooking, running, and spending time with family and friends.  She has a weakness for Cheez-It’s.

Janice’s favorite part of her job is interacting and building relationships with the patients and of course all her “buddies” at work.  She admires Dr. Rampi’s compassion and professionalism toward our patients and the staff.  She says, “The office is a FUN place to work!”

Marie is the insurance and billing coordinator.  She has been with Venetian Pointe Dentistry since 1997 and has been in the medical field since 1987.  Marie was born in New Jersey and moved to Orlando at the age of four.

Marie is the mother of two grown children and a dog Rusty, “a chiweenie”.   She also has two grandsons, one granddaughter and 2 step-granddaughters.  Marie enjoys cooking, being outside, and spending time with family and friends.  She has known Dr. Rampi since the day he was born (being his older sister)! 

Marie’s favorite part of her job is getting insurance companies to pay for what the patients deserve.  She has made special bonds with all her fellow employees.  She has admired Dr. Rampi all his life and is proud to be part of his practice and sharing his success.  She has become one of the favorites in the annual Halloween costume party!



Renee’ works at the front desk where she meets and greets patients, helps to check out patients as they depart, answers the phone, and to assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable.  She joined Dr. Rampi and his staff in 2017.  While she’s newly employed at Venetian Pointe Dentistry, she’s no stranger to the members of “the crew” since she’s been an established patient here since 1997.  She knows firsthand how Dr. Rampi is very compassionate with his patients and, in turn, they admire his integrity and sincerity.  Renee’ is eager to begin this next chapter in her career and is looking forward to new beginnings.


Renee’ relocated to central Florida from Charleston, WV in 1984.  She lives in the St. Cloud/Kissimmee area with her family:  Gary and their four-legged son, Gage.  Before joining Dr. Rampi’s office, Renee’ worked for a telecommunications company for 32 years.  Through her work experience over the years, Renee’ knows how to build customer relationships and she enjoys working with people.  Renee’ enjoys traveling, shopping, cooking, and cross stitching.  She spends most of her time off with family and enjoys her three grandchildren


Dental Assistants

Victoria is Dr. Rampi’s “most senior” dental assistant having been with Venetian Pointe Dentistry since 1991.  Having tried “retirement” for a couple of years, she has joined back with “the crew” in March of 2010.  She began dental assisting in 1987 while living in Wisconsin.  Victoria moved to Orlando in 1990 and attended Orlando Vo Tech where she earned a Certificate in Expanded Duties.

Victoria has been happily married to Gary since 1988.  She has one son, who was born in 1981.  Victoria’s pride and joy are her granddaughters.  She enjoys bike riding, meditation, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Victoria likes to keep it “light” and smile with the patients.  She feels that “laughter is the best medicine”.  She also enjoys the camaraderie with the staff as well as with the patients.  She loves Dr. Rampi because she says, “he gets me”.  She would like to tell prospective patients:  “Ay, mateys – we run a tight ship here, arrrr – Dr. Rampi is our captain, Trish (his wife) is the first mate, and the rest of us are his faithful and lovable crew!”  She is the one in charge of all the beautiful holiday decorations so enjoyed at our office.  She was the first figure to be painted in our Venetian office portrait which is an honor bestowed on those having been employed here for over 15 years.

Lona is a Dental Assistant. She is certified in Expanded Duties and Dental Radiology. She has been with Venetian Pointe Dentistry since 2000. Lona has been in the dental field since 1999 after having earned her dental assistant education in Tampa, Florida. Lona is married and has one daughter born in 2003 and a son starting kindergarten. She enjoys cooking, eating, boating, walking, and "hanging out with the family." 

Lona likes to make her patients feel comfortable and talks with them about things that they find interesting. She respects Dr. Rampi's honesty and work ethics. She is great friends with all her coworkers and likes to get together with them outside of the office whenever she can. She is a "Team Edward" fan.



Primerose is a dental assistant.  She first encountered Dr. Rampi and “the crew” while interning as a dental assistant.  After earning her degree as a Certified Dental Assistant, she joined Venetian Pointe in June of 2015.  Primerose is currently pursuing a degree in dental hygiene.  Her interests include reading, spending time with friends and family, and giving back to her community.


Rose’s work philosophy is to treat patients the way she would like to be treated.  She loves working with the amazing “crew” and admires Dr. Rampi’s unfailing integrity and work ethic.  She enjoys the genuine friendships she has formed at the office.



Maribel is a dental assistant.  After twelve years in banking, she decided to return to school to change careers.  She graduated from Orlando Tech with a degree as a Certified Dental Assistant in 2013.  She first met Dr. Rampi and his staff while interning as a dental assistant.  Maribel was recruiting by Dr. Rampi to work as an assistant on Fridays.  She is currently attending classes in order to further pursue her career in dentistry as a dental hygienist.


Maribel is married and has three wonderful children.  Her oldest child (daughter) has graduated from high school while the younger children are currently in high school (son) and middle school (daughter).  She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, baking, and cooking.



Alexis is a Certified Dental Assistant.  She joined Dr. Rampi and his staff in 2017.  Alexis first met Dr. Rampi and his staff while interning here as a dental assistant.  She graduated from the dental assisting program at Orlando Tech in 2016.  Prior to entering in to the dental profession, Alexis was in sales for 8 years.


Alexis was born at Fort Rucker, Alabama.  She moved to Florida in 1999.  She loves Disney movies and spending time at the beach.  Every year on Mother’s day weekend, she participates in the National Kidney Foundation walk in Cocoa Beach that uncle and grandparents cofounded.  She is also an avid animal lover and proud “parent” to her cat (Scout).  She married her husband, Brandon, in 2017.  They will be expecting their first child by the end of 2017. 


Dental Hygienists

Janie is a registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). She began her hygiene career in 1994 and has been with Venetian Pointe Dentistry since 1997. As a resident of Orlando since 1987, Jane received her degree in dental hygiene from Valencia Community College in Orlando. Prior to her career in dental hygiene, Jane had 15 years of dental assisting experience in South Carolina, New York, and Orlando. Janie has been married to her husband, Glen, since 1979. They have three children: Ian born in 1995, Shannon born in 1996, and Rhiannon born in 2000. Her interests include cooking, motorcycling, boating, skiing, and socializing with family, friends, and neighbors.

While Jane has been in dentistry for some time, she looks forward to continuing her career for many years to come. She enjoys good conversations with her patients and her friendship with her fellow crew members. She likes working with Dr. Rampi because he is easygoing and honest. Janie would like to share that although it may appear that we are having fun at work, everyone really takes their jobs and responsibilities very seriously.

Kimberly is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).  She began her dental hygiene career in 1992 and has been happily employed at Venetian Pointe Dentistry ever since. Kimberly received her degree in dental hygiene from Valencia Community College in Orlando.  Prior to becoming a dental hygienist, she worked as an orthodontic assistant since 1983. 

Kimberly has been happily married to her husband, Pet, since 1994; they have one son, Gabriel, who is serving in the US Army and has deployed four times for our country to Iraq.  He is married with 2 children.  Kimberly’s interests include decorating, cooking, zumba, and spending time with family and friends.  Kimberly has a passion for people, especially children.  She looks forward to a long career at Venetian Pointe Dentistry.  She shares the spotlight in the Venetian office portrait with her fellow crew members; Victoria, Janie, and Marie (which is an honor bestowed on those having been employed here for over 15 years). Kimberly has been employed with Venetian Pointe Dentistry for over 20 years!  Kimberly practices by the “Golden Rule” and enjoys her bonds with her patients.  She loves working with Dr. Rampi because of his compassionate, conservative, and incredible work ethics.  She feels that the staff is one big happy family and they are all good friends at and outside of the office. “We are the whole package!”

Laura is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She was welcomed aboard as our newest member of the crew in 2008. She is originally from Minnesota and moved to Orlando in 2001. She graduated from dental assisting school in 2004 and then the Dental Hygiene Program at Valencia Community College in 2008. Laura worked as a dental assistant while in the dental hygiene program. She has a daughter born in 2002, Alexis (a.k.a. "Munch"!) and two cats and a dog. Her hobbies include running, going to parks, and hanging out with her family. She has been sky diving and loves butterflies.

Laura tries to put her patients at ease and explains exactly what she is doing so they can know what to expect. She loves talking with her patients. She likes working with Dr. Rampi because he is honest, hard working, and treats his patients with respect. She likes working at Venetian Pointe Dentistry and enjoys the decorations and Dr. Rampi's calendar creations each year with pictures of the staff at birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays.

Michelle is a Registered Dental Hygienist.  She graduated from Valencia Community College with a degree in dental hygiene.  Before that, she completed the dental assisting program at Daytona Beach Community College.  Prior to joining “the crew” at Venetian Pointe Dentistry, Michelle worked nine years as an assistant and hygienist in the Orlando.  Michelle joined Dr. Rampi’s office in 2006.

Michelle is happily married to her husband, Tom.  They have 5 children and 3 grandchildren.  Michelle and Tom are enjoying being empty nesters, but cherish the times they can have all the kids together.  They are involved in serving at their church and they enjoy dinners out, exercising, reading, shopping, traveling, and going on adventures.  The most recent adventure was ziplining over the canyons in Ocala.

Michelle likes being in the dental profession helping people achieve their optimum dental health.  She loves seeing her patients every six months and keeping up with their lives and families.  She has formed a lot of friendships with her patients over the years.  She likes working with Dr. Rampi because he practices dentistry with the utmost integrity and makes everyone feel special.  She enjoys the office celebrations of birthdays and anniversaries.  She feels the office is fun, upbeat practice and that the patients feel right at home, right away!
